ElevenLabs has unveiled Studio 4.0, an update to its editing environment aimed at people working with both self-generated clips and full script-to-video projects. The company framed the release as a way to keep creators inside a single workspace rather than bouncing between separate generation and editing tools. According to the announcement, the update lets users call on every model available in ElevenCreative directly from within the editor, removing the need to switch platforms to generate or swap footage. It also introduces the ability to refine individual shots in place, so a scene that needs adjusting doesn't have to be regenerated or rebuilt from scratch. Captions get treated as a native part of the timeline in Studio 4.0, meaning they can be edited the same way any other clip would be, rather than existing as a separate overlay step tacked on after the fact. ElevenLabs also highlighted collaboration features that let teams work together within the same project. Taken together, the changes point to ElevenLabs positioning Studio as more of an end-to-end production hub than a simple output viewer, folding model access, revision work, captioning, and teamwork into one interface for both solo creators and teams producing finished video.
